Your order number
The product name or model
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect
Our customer service team will review your claim and determine whether it is covered under warranty. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will take one of the following actions at our discretion:
Repair: We will repair the product at no charge
Replacement: We will send you a replacement product of the same or similar model
Refund: If repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund
We strive to process warranty claims as quickly as possible. You will receive updates by email throughout the process.
If a warranty claim requires you to return a product, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
