If for any reason you're not happy with your gear—whether it doesn't feel right on the water or simply isn't what you expected—you may request a return within 60 days of delivery. We believe in giving you plenty of time to test your equipment and make sure it's the right fit for your fishing style.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
We want to be fair to all of our customers, so please take good care of the products while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Please do not send any items back to us without first obtaining return authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We stand behind our products. That's why we offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. You won't be charged any restocking fees or return postage costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label when we approve your return request.
Simply package your item securely, attach the return label, and drop it off at the designated shipping location. We'll take care of the rest.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at press@berkley-fishingmalls.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Need a different size or model? The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get the right gear as quickly as possible.
